The services are provided based on availability and are subject to prior agreement between the client and Maid for Work.

2. User Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe and respectful working environment for the assigned maid.
• Notify us promptly of any changes to your booking or requirements.
• Pay for the services rendered in a timely manner.

3. Service Agreement

• Maid for Work acts as a facilitator, connecting clients with trained and verified maids.
• All agreements regarding service duration, tasks, and schedules must be clearly communicated during the booking process.
• Any additional tasks outside the agreed scope must be discussed and approved separately.

4. Payments and Cancellations

• Payments: Payments must be made as per the agreed-upon terms at the time of booking.
• Cancellations: If you wish to cancel a booking, notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
• Refunds: Refunds will be issued at our discretion based on the nature of the cancellation or dispute.

5. Liability and Disclaimers

• Maid for Work ensures that all maids are background-verified and trained, but we are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from their actions.
• While we strive to provide high-quality services, we do not guarantee perfection or specific outcomes.
• Maid for Work is not responsible for delays or service interruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as illness, emergencies, or natural disasters.

6. Confidentiality

• All personal information provided by clients is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• You agree not to share any personal information about the maid, such as contact details, without prior consent.

7. Termination of Services

Maid for Work reserves the right to terminate services or refuse future bookings if:

• There is any misconduct or harassment toward the maid.
• Payments are not made as per the agreed terms.
• There is a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

8. Amendments

Maid for Work may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated terms will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to resolve the matter amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be governed by the laws of India, and disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
